Inspired by traditional Japanese woven orimono textile patterns and the colours of nature, Style of Japan’s range of Oedo chopsticks are for daily use — coated with  a lightly textured, easy grip polyuretheane finish and dishwasher safe. The asymmetrical colour-blocking of the Oedo Ichimatsu is named after the famous Edo-Period Kabuki actor Sanogawa Ichimatsu, whose stage attire popularised a bold chequered design that has been woven into fabrics for centuries.
