Ideal for stirring when rinsing rice and aerating risottos, the Hinoki Rice/Pasta Paddle's central hole also prevents splashes and protects ingredients from damage while cooking. It's a multipurpose kitchen essential, also great for folding batters, and measuring dried spaghetti portions.

Made from 100% Japanese forest thinning Shimanto Hinoki wood, it's not only sustainable, but also has natural antibacterial properties.
