The Ito Tsumugi rectangular porcelain sushi plate is made to frame food as much as hold it. Its long shape suits sushi, sashimi and grilled fish, or works well as a side plate.
The fine navy and white pattern is inspired by tsumugi, a traditional Japanese silk weaving technique. It's a subtle design that steps back when the plate is dressed with food, and stands out when it isn't.
