Angle’s Drop Mug is shaped as much by the firing process as by the hands that made it. Its extra-thick glaze is hand-applied to stoneware, its dripping pattern left to the whims of gravity and the kiln-firing process. As the glaze cascades down the sides of each piece, it settles into a pattern and texture entirely of its own — determined by heat, time and the mug’s position in the kiln. No two are the same, each piece is, simply, unique.
